Pico Error 53 File Not Found

I'm using PICO for the first time and attempting to convert FilterFactory F for PaintShopPro. I get as far as the Select destination folder when the error appears. Please advise me what to do now.

Please reinstall Plugin Commander.

If that doesn't help, try to move the FFL file to another folder or try selecting a different folder in the "Select Destination Folder" window.
