tiny bug after installation

Hallo,

I ordered and installed all parts of the Elements Bundle 2 days ago. Furthermore I updated the DNG Converter to Version 10.4.0.976 as recommended. But now, all the time I run my Elements 11 I get the same msg in German "Eine ältere Version von Adobe DNG Converter ist installiert....."

Oh, I just discovered the msg only appears when I open PSE by doubleclicking on a raw-Image type *.NEF (Nikon). When starting PSE without opening a picture there is no problem.

How can I turn off this msg, it's a little bit annoying.

I'm working with Windows 10-1803 and Photoshop Elements 11.
