B/W Styler

I can't open the program after I downloaded it. I've tried using WinZip and PKZip. The program has an .EFW extension and I don't know what else to use or do. Can anyone help me?

Sounds like your firewall renamed the file extention from .EXE to .EFW. Please rename it back to .EXE to be able to use it.

Tried renaming the file; turned off my firewall, but still can't open the program. Did not have any problems downloading and opening the trial version of B/W Styler.

Thanks for the help. It was my security software's firewall. I turned off the firewall and successfully downloaded and installed the program. Thanks, again.
