Whose bevel effect is this?

Hi all,

I need to create new artwork to matches existing artwork that was not created by me. The original artwork has a bevel effect that I can not seem to duplicate using 3 different software packages. If this bevel effect looks familar to anyone, kindly respond.

If you let us know which software you already used to replicate the effect, it would help.

My client was happy with what I did but it does not even closely match the bevel effect above.
