Does anyone recignize this plug in? HELP!

About 6 maybe 8 months ago I downloaded a plugin for PaintShopPro with a 15 day trial.
I dont remember the name of the plugin.

I will post a work I did and maybe some one can tell me what I used to make this?

here are the steps:

1.- I took a drawing and then cut it out with PaintShopPro


2.-Then I added some bars using PaintShopPro.


3.-Then I took the image to a plugin I had for PaintShopPro and here is what I made:


Does any one recognize the plug work?
It was easy and all I had to do was rotate the image and it would generate it looking like that above. (Of course I added color and shadows with PaintShopPro after)

Thanks for the reply but this was not done with xara3d
this plug is one of many that connect with Pain and Photo shop.

Is there a huge list of all commercial plug-ins for PSP's?
