Color Washer issue...

Hi Harry,

I'm a registered (and very happy) user of both the color washer and
focal blade. I've run into a problem when using washer (latest version)
on 16 bit Photoshop CS files...specifically, after using Adobe's raw for
Canons CR2 format (from IDMarkII), 50% of the time (no pattern really)
when I open up the 16 bit file in color washer, I get a bright
yellow/white preview window. Only happens for 16 bit files. Sometimes it
works, sometimes not. Memory is probably not an issue, as it has
happened from a lfresh reboot, no other programs open, and I have 1 GB
RAM.

Anyway, just wondering if others have run across this, or if you have
any ideas?

Great, great products by the way. I used to use iCorrect and it is
simply not in the same league with what your color washer is able to do.

Andrew, I suspect that one of the automatic correction features goes mad. Please set Auto Contrast and Exposure Fix to "Off" and see if the image look normal.

Please check if the problem also occurs if you convert the image to 8bit before running ColorWasher. It would help me if you could send me a file that causes the problem. I would be able to investigate it better then.
