ElementsXXL works under MacOS X 10.9 and higher as well as Windows 10, 8, 7, Vista, XP (32-bit & 64-bit).
It requires the following

menu items and most dialogs of ElementsXXL are localized to the language of
Photoshop Elements. The options of the ElementsXXL Preferences dialog and some
messages are
displayed in English or German.
