Rotate the clone brush?

Hi, I'm just testing ElementsXXL 4 with the new PS Elements 15. Now I have one question, is it possible to rotate the clone brush somewhere in the new brush panel? E.G. to use the clone source in a different angle?
Thx!

The new Brush panel only lets you rotate the brush of the clone stamp tool, but not the clone source itself. Photoshop CC 2015.5 has a Clone Source panel for that.

Anyway, you can nevertheless use a rotated clone source in Photoshop Elements with these instructions:

1. Duplicate the current layer
2. Rotate it as you like.
3. Activate the Clone Stamp tool.
4. Hold down the Alt key and click on the rotated layer for the clone source.
5. Hide the rotated layer and switch back to the original layer
6. Now paint with the clone stamp and the source will be rotated.
7. Delete the rotated layer when you are finished.

In any case I added a Clone Source panel to the to-do list of ElementsXXL 5.

Thanks for explanation! I thought maybe it already works and I couldn't find it.

By the way, I use this method:
1. add a new transparent layer
2. activate the clone stamp and samples all layers
3. clone now without rotating
4. activate the move tool and click on the new clone part
5. now you can rotate, stretch etc. the clone part till it fits

Anyway, it would be great to see such new features in the next releases!
