--Way to simulate a "warm" lighting effect with Co

Post by Montanan »

Hello,

i have colorwasher plugin, and use it with irfanview.

Is their a way I can not only colorwash an image, but also add a "warming effect filter" to the image at the same time?

I have messed around some with color temperature settings, but it seems to through off the auto features of colorwasher. Just not sure of correct procedure.

thanks,

Montanan

To color correct a photo and add a color effect at the same time, you have to do the color correction at first.

Then you select the Target color box and change its color from gray to a slightly colored "gray" by using the three sliders below. Doing that with the Color Temp. color model is a bit difficult, because when you switch to it, it doesn't keep the gray tone. So better use the RGB or HSL sliders.
