Xenofex 2 Problem PLZ help

can anyone help me i have just got Xenofex 2 and installed it but a keep getting this error on matter how many times i reinstall it, can any help me with this. the error is (A serious error occurred and the filter was unable to load the core library. Reinstalling the filters may fix this problem.) and i am using pSP7

Sounds serious. If reinstalling doesn't help, please contact AlienSkin. They should be better able to help you.
