I downloaded the photo edges plug-ins...but can not seem to to install. I do not understand how to create a sub folder in Photoshop. Can someone help me in a non-tech language...? Please. :o (I am running Vista & CS3)

Creating a folder is one of the most basic things you need to know when using a computer. Anyway, see here:

Okay, I am going to take a non offensive stance here, I asked for help with installing a plug-in for CS3...I assure you I know how to create a folder. would you like to explain how to install a plug-in?

1. Locate the Photoshop folder
2. Copy the .8bf plugin file to the Plug-Ins sub folder of the Photoshop folder

There is a file named Plugin.dll, is this the folder that I am suppose to copy the file into?

Okay, I found the file, but it till won't open, I get a error message that says "Could not complete your request because it is not the right kind of document"
what am I doing wrong?
