okay I unzipped them and was able to read the instructions however i still dont understand how to get them into my picture frame file...i dragged them there...doesnt work...i tried looking for the action pallette...dont even know where that is...and there is no response on the bord...what is a girl ...

Im new at adding things to my PSP...i make graphics (free) FOr Military wives. My problem is that the readme file does not work...i have no idea what to do with these files...im wondering if i should maybe move them into correct folers? but do i do that for each bmp jpeg move all those into the righ...
