I downloaded Harry's filters, extracted the program, double-clicked and installed it to my PlugIn folder on my desktop. Then in PSP9, I went to Preferences->File Locations; clicked Add; browsed for the appropiate file; clicked it to add it, and clicked okay. But there is no sign of Harry's Filters. ...
