Special Effect Examples

A piece of clipart of a running bear that needs to be made more dynamic.		At first the outlines of the bear were selected with the magic wand tool and the selection was inverted. Then bear was colorized with the Colorize > RGB Intensify command. The layer was duplicated and the Bluuur > Motion Shift effect was applied to create the motion trail. The other layer was placed on top and the bear was cut out with the help of the magic wand tool.
A photo of a snowy landscape...		... gets even nicer with a bit of falling now created with multipe layer of the Nature > Starfield and Noiseee > Noise Creator effects ("Snow - Snowfall 2" preset).
A photo of a pompous house.		The Warp > Wonder effect gives the windows a fantasy touch.
A beveled text was used as the base.		The Fusion > Metal effect ("Special FX - Pure Gold" preset) made it look as if a layer of gold was put on it. Afterwards a drop shadow effect was added.
A portrait photo was used.		The Mirror > Vertical Right effect shows how a person would look if both sides of her face would be symmetrical.
A photo of two people on the beach.		The effect was added with Breakfest > Butterfly, the Screen blend mode and the preview coordinate placed directly in the sun.
