The colors in the photo are a bit dull.		The Colorize > RGB Saturation effect boosted the colors and the Noisee > Noisy Painting add a painting-like texture. The effect can be reproduced with the "Painted - Colorful Painting" preset.
A nice portrait of a little girl.		A feathered selection was created around the girl's face then inverted before entering Plugin Galaxy. Layers used in the plugin were Nature > Sunset followed by Coolorize > Twilight ("Color - Twilight Sepia" preset). The positioning cross for the Sunset effect was offset slightly and the Twilight cross was centered to achieve a pinkish glow on the shirt.
The colors in the photos are a bit dull.		The Rainbow > Angle effect ("Color - Sunset Fixer" preset) saved the shot by adding impressive colors to it.
A portrait photo with a big of tree background.		The Colorize > Twilight effect ("Color - Skintone Twilight" preset) darkened the background and fixed the skin colors.
The sparkles already look good, but they could look better.		The Colorize > YUV Intensity effect ("Color - Autumn Colors preset") made the sparkles look more explosive.
The person on the rock looks into the landscape, but it unclear at what she is looking at.		The dawning effect was added with the Nature > Sunset ("Color - Dawning" preset) and gives the image more depth.
