    MacOS X Version 1.0 (December 2012)

    • The Mac version is based on Verson 1.02 for Windows, but does not include the Skin feature.

    Windows Version 1.02 (August 2012)

    • Four new ND presets
    • The Undo/Redo feature now also works if Prefs > Instant Preview is activated and if a preset item is clicked.
    • You only need to move the mouse over the preset list in order to use the mouse wheel for scrolling. Previously it was necessary to click a preset first.
    • Standalone Bug Fix: Sometimes a memory error was displayed at start up and crash occurred later. It was caused by some values in the .ini file. This is fixed now.
    • Standalone Bug Fix: The controls vanished when opening an image via command line and starting up with maximized window.
    • Standalone Bug Fix: When expanding the preset list, sometimes the preview did not display correctly anymore.
    • Bug Fix: Clicking on the preset list background does not collapse a group or display an error message anymore.
    • Bug Fix: The Brightness slider of FX1 > Polarizer was not taken into account when saving presets or for the Show/Disable menu.
    • Bug Fix: Choosing the Polarizer or Colorshift item on the Disable menu did not disable the effect.
    • Bug Fix: Selecting a Color Grad preset in Easy or Advanced Mode did not set the right item in Photography Mode.

    Windows Version 1.01 (June 2012)

    • New Features and Improvements:

      • New Skin feature that imitates the user interface of Lightroom, Photoshop, Photoshop Elements and PaintShop Pro. The 14 skin options on the Prefs tab sheet also include a dark version of Aero (the default UI style of Windows Vista/7) and a special PhotoWiz skin style. There is also an option to only skin the sliders. When you run ColorStyler for the first time, you are asked if you want to use a dark skin or keep the standard controls. Alternatively you can manually choose a skin on the Prefs tab sheet. You can choose different skins for the plugin, standalone and Lightroom version.
      • New one-step Undo/Redo feature as arrows near the Mode combo box. Using the Ctrl+Z and Crl+Y key shortcuts is also possible. When switching the Preview tab or choosing another image, the undo data is deleted.
      • The zero keys can be used to set a slider to zero.
      • Pressing the S key again deactivates Split View.
      • The space key for switching to the hand tool now only works if the mouse is located over the preview. As a result the space key can now be used to (de)activate check boxes.
      • The "Small Thumbs" and "Very Small Thumbs" options use a smaller font in order to make more letters of a preset name visible.
      • Flicker reduction under Vista and Windows 7:
        • When starting up with maximized window.
        • When maximizing and restoring the window
        • With deactivated skin feature when switching between tab sheets or resizing the window
      • Plugin Installer: Support for PhotoFiltre 6.5 (freeware)

    • Bug Fixes:

      • Standalone Bug Fix: Images that were not displayed in the preview at least once had no effect applied during batch processing or after clicking OK on the main window.
      • Standalone Bug Fix: After expanding the preset list and changing the thumbnail size, the preview went blank and sometimes caused a crash.
      • Bug Fix: When starting up ColorStyler maximized and restoring the window size, the image was not fitted in the preview or not displayed.
      • Bug Fix: The "Select - Brightness" and "Select - Contrast" eyedropper modes changed the saturation of gray image areas instead of the brightness or contrast.
      • Bug Fix: Sometimes at start up Quick Edit Mode or Photography Mode were not activated.
      • Bug Fix: Collapsing or expanding a preset group does not cause redraw problems under Windows Vista anymore.
      • Bug Fix: Double clicking a combo box label did not update the preview or other controls.
      • Bug Fix: Holding down the Shift key with activated Instant Preview check box, does not update the preview anymore when changing the curve tool.
      • Bug Fix: The preview was continuously updated during window resizing, which caused a slow down.
