Various Web Design related classes. You need to sign up as a member for $49 / year and then you get discounts on the classes. Members pay $50 - $120 per class.

... provides over 50 courses, 5 Certificates, 8 Combined Certificates, and 3 Starter Kits, all accredited, online, and instructor-led. Courses cost between $100 and $440.

NYIP
... offer a home study program in professional photography. They usually give students three years to complete a course. Very high quality instruction and feedback.

Their technology section offers various computer courses. Prices range from free to $500. Semester timing.
