looking for plug in for SCREENING - DITHERING or HALFTONING

I'm looking for a Plug in for PhotoShop 4 through 7 if possable,
that will allow me to make my own screening or dithering (as in
half toning for grey scale or duotone images)..

Many years ago I had a hand scanner that allowed me to make
my own such as sprial-half tone etc.
