cutout effect

Hi, does anyone know where I can get hold of the cutout effect for photoshop cs? I have had problems and lost a lot of my filters but can't find anywhere to download the original filters that came with the program. I would be very grateful if someone could help.

if you've lost the original files that came with cd, why not restore them using the original disk. that is, supposing you actually have an original copy? that's where you'd find the filters!
