Hello all
Can anyone suggest what filter or combo of filters will create a Monet impressionism look. Photoshop 6 printing with an Epson 1270

Try Paint Engine from www.fantasticmachines.com or Paint Alchemy from www.xaostools.com

They will certainly let you create a Monet-like look with a bit of experimentation.

Virtual Painter is excellent. It is a plugin. Use Google, easy find, free trial download. Way better than Adove, Corel, Jasc, etc.

It produces other types of effects than the mentioned plugins.
