Ok, Newbie question. . .
I want to automate a task like taking 100 photos and resizing and output jpgs (from hi to low res to post on a site). Is there a plug-in that will do this while retaining most (or without sacrificing too much quality).
thanks,

| You can do that in Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, Plugin Commander Pro and several other applications. You need an application for this task and not a plugin. |

It's not a plugin, but rather a stand alone batch converter that will do it all and more. I use it all the time and it is awesome. When ever I dump a load of pictures from my digital camera to its' own folder, I immediately create a sub folder called "resized" I then batch convert all photos to 800x600 x75% jpeg to be used when eMailing out photos. The originnals remain intact.. Works Flawlessl!! It's called Advanced Batch Converter 3.9 and you get it here http://www.batchconverter.com/ It also has a try before you buy downloadable version. You will not be dissapointed. |

I use Express Thumbnail Creator:
<http://www.neowise.com/etc/> on Windows; and the tried and true GraphicConverter on the Mac:
