I'm looking for a plug-in filter that enables me to
distort a rectangular picture by adding and manipulating points from the border of the image.

I am wondering if the person is speaking about paper curl, which is a common plug-in to manipulate the edges?

I know what bloep1957 is looking for as I often need such a distortion if I take a closeup picture of a ticket for example. I get a bit of barrel distortion which I could easily remove in Photoshop elements if I had a couple of extra handles on the sides. The distort jobs in PE2 don't allow manipulation from the centres of the borders.

Beside the couple of page curl plug-ins, I achived very nice distortions by using one little application called LightSpeed JPG.
