SuperBladePro crashes

Post by Ron Shaw »

New to forum. Used SBP on my previous Dell XP with no problems. On
new Acer Vista machine SBP crashes when I try to launch in PSP,
Corel PP, Xara Extreme, and Adobe Elements 3. I get no help from
Flaming Pear or Kagi. I have MSVCRT 10.dll installed. Any help would
be greatly appreciated.

MSVCRT10.dll is not needed by SuperBlade Pro.

Maybe you need an upgrade that is Vista-compatible. Check out the latest demo version and see if it works on your machine. Not sure if you can activate the demo version with your license key. If you cannot, you need to get the full version from Flaming Pear.

Considering your Flaming Pear support issues (which are legendary; do a search here on the forum), you might consider using Path Styler Pro instead (for both Photoshop and Illustrator).

Harald, Thanks for your quick reply. Downloaded SBP from Flaming
Pear again \. Get same results with all my graphics programs. Is
there some other avenue I could try??

If SBP has problems with Vista, you can only hope that they will be addressed or that you get a reply from Flaming Pear that gives you a work-around.
