Harry's Filters Won't Show up

I've been reading through posts and can't figure it out why they don't show up. I have a mac osX and Photoshop CS5. I put all the plugins that were in the folder i downloaded in expanded into the plug-ins folder in my photoshop. But i can't see / find them in photoshop itself? I've reopened photoshop and etc. Can anyone help me out??

Harrys Filter only runs under OS 9. I thought about removing the download, but I thought that there might still be a few people out there that may want it. Unfortunately there are always some people who overlook that it does not work in OS X.
