How do I get tile effect with Harry's Filters?

I'm using a tutorial that calls for applying what used to be Videorave Tiled Glass effect. I have Harry's Filters 3 but I can't seem to see how I can apply this. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Just select "Warp" from the Group combo box and "Tiled Glass" from the FX combo box of Harry's Filters 3.
