Render menu/button in Photoshop Elements 10 won't show

Hi, I have some issues with the render menu and button. After upgrading to version 2 of Elements XXL, I'm experiencing a strange behavior, as you can see in the attached images, both the menu under Image menu and the render button on the far right have all submenu names as "...", but if I click on them, they will do they job ok.
My system:
Windows 8 x64 Italian
Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 Italian version
Elements XXL v2.02

Please download ElementsXXL 2.02 from the same link again and install it. The problem will be fixed then.
