Sorry about the problem. Do you mean that Photoshop Elements crashes when it starts up? In that case please uninstall ElementsXXL 2. I heard from someone else about the problem and I am working on a fix. I will let you known when the fixed update is ready.

ElementsXXL 2.01 was just released, which should fix your problem.

The crash occurred with the Czech, Russian and Chinese versions of Photoshop Elements. Yesterday I uploaded a new version that fixes this problem and also makes ElementsXXL start up a bit faster in non-English versions of Photoshop Elements.
