Can you also recommend to use Focalblade for Lambda or Lightjetprintings? The company which makes my prints (200 dpi, > 100 MB) on a Durst says that I don’t have to sharpen my files. The prints are automatically sharpend in their printing system. What can you say about this?

I have no experience with Lambda or Lightjet printing. You should ask the company for detailed information about the sharpening that is applied. Maybe the sharpening that is applied is to match the image to the output device and it already requires an at least lightly sharpened image.
