Here are a few things that could have gone wrong. Please check them:
1. You installed the Intel version of FocalBlade on your PowerPC Mac.
2. The FocalBlade plugin is not located in the Plug-Ins sub folder of the Photoshop folder.
3. The FocalBlade plugin is read protected. Please select the FocalBlade icon, choose File > Get Info and set the read permissions.
4. You overlooked FocalBlade on the Filter menu. It is located on the PhotoWiz sub menu of the Filter menu.
