I use Focalblade in CS2 and would like to be able to record the sharpening settings used in the History data. Currently it just records "Focalblade 1.04......"

Is this possible?

Sorry, but the FocalBlade settings are currently not passed back to Photoshop. But you can save the settings as a preset in FocalBlade.
