Use plugin with Elements and CS2?

Using ColoWasher 2.06 on Windows7, 64 bit machine.
Using the plugin with Photoshop CS2.
I want to install Photoshop Elements 10 on the same machine so I can choose to use either Elements or CS2.
Can I use the ColorWasher plugin with both progams?(Not at the same time but either/or)

Yes, you can use ColorWasher with both programs (even at the same time if you wish ). During installation just activate the check boxes for both applications in Plugin Installer.
