Is there a free plug in for premiere pro to create fier?/flames/smoke

I only know commercial ones: "Panopticum Fire" and "EyeCandy for After Effects", which can be used in Premiere Pro.

I forgot. There is also a free Fractal Flames plugin at
http://www.andrewdavidson.com/aeflame/

But of course it produces patterns that look like cosmic clouds and not like fire effects.
