Lalaboy, the headline of your post says that you're using the Photoshop CS SDK. Aren't you afraid of Adobe's SDK license agreement? I mean the new SDK policy that they introduced with the SDK7.0, and I suppose they're licensing the CS SDK under the same agreement.
The agreement itself is just plain scary. Lalaboy, are you planning to release your plugin as a commercial product, or it is for internal use?
