Sorry, I'm not sure what plugin you are referring to. But have a look at ColorWasher and FocalBlade at http://www.thepluginsite.com/products/photowiz/. They offer all the things you mentioned and more.

Yes. You have to select "Color Temp." from the Color Model combo box in ColorWasher. But as the manual of ColorWasher says: Changing color temperature is a fairly inaccurate method of color correction.

Yes, you can use Photoshop's Batch feature to batch process images with ColorWasher and FocalBlade.
