The Plugin Site

I downloaded Harry's Filters to Photoshop elements. I think I did this correctly as I followed directions when downloading. HF is now listed under plug-ins in the program. How do I access these when working with elements. Does not appear anywhere that I can find. Your assistance is appreciated.

If I understand you correctly, you can't find Harry's Filters on the menu. It is listed on the The Plugin Site sub menu of the Filter menu. If it isn't there, it is probably not installed in the Plug-Ins sub folder of Photoshop Elements.
