Anyone come across a filter...?

Hi,


I'm wondering if anyone has come across freeware photoshop filter that can mimick not so much a watercolor but a wash look..or even a marker rendering???

1. If working into a Photoshop environment, you need no filter, just adjust the layer opacity.
2. Ohterwise, maybe it would be suitable a filter that removes gray. Total (and simple) removal is ensured by tboost.8bf, but you can re-write the filter or combine the filtered image with the original one. Try it:

There is a very nice Paint Engine in VCW VicMan's PhotoEditor, Ver 7.55, which is free. I have not used it yet with other programs, but this Photo editor is worth keeping just for effects and Filters. Paint engine is best I have ever used - try it!
