Worn or spatter filter?

Yeah.. um.. I'd like to know if there is either a worn out filter that produces scratches and damages.. or a filter that can emulate spatters.. blood spatters for example.

Also, I'd like to know how to bend images as if they were being reflected off of a Sphere.. I know there's a site that tells you how, but I've never found it.

Thank you

There are several ways you can do this.

Photoshop's Sphereize filter works quite well. Flaming Pear makes one, now free, called Ornament that may work for you. KPT 3.0 (I know, old, but still works !) has one called Glass Lens.

You might want to check out the following link to testdrive previews of a new set of distress filters that has come out this past week.

The Spatter effect viewable in the pulldown might meet your bloodspatter needs. The Aged or Scrape effects might be suitable for the worn look you are trying to achieve.
