PSP3 Ultimate and Filters Unlimited

I bought PSPX3 about a year ago and it worked okay after I got the patches...then last fall it began to give me bugs...couldn't fix them, no way no how...purchased PSPX3 Ultimate a month ago and all went well until it began not showing the effects of FU on the whole image. The effect, frame, whatever effect from FU is applied to only about 1/3 of the image. I uninstalled FU and reinstalled it but that hasn't fixed any thing. Why is it doing this? I have Windows Home XP. Any ideas? Shirley

Please report the problem to the manufacturer of FU...
