Plugin for shadows

Hello,
I'm looking to find a plugin that will automatically give auto shadow to my images - particularly jewelry images that are original silo'd. Also would love if it works for photo-paint too. Any suggestions?

Do you mean a drop shadow behind your jewelery? To do such effects you have to create a selection of the jewelery at first which often means a lot of work. I'm afraid that for such effects there isn't currently a conveniant solution available.

Yes, I did mean a drop-shadow. I know how to add one myself, but I hate the way it comes out & thought there would be an easier solution.
Thanks for your help

Try Eyecandy 4000

The Shadowlab filter easily creates drop shadows and perspective shadows. Sliders control the shadow direction, distance from the selection, opacity, color, blurring and perspective blurring. New In-Preview controls allow for easy, intuitive placement and shaping of any shadow.

The Drop Shadow layer effect from Photoshop 6 & 7 is quite easy to use. You just need to have an object on a layer and need to double click on that layer in the Layers palette to get the Layer Effects options.

Hi,
I purchased the Andromeda Shadow plug-in not too long ago and have found that it works great for me.
It is true that you have to have your selection on a seperate layer for the effect to work properly. I think that the interface and ease of picking whichever shadow effect you want is easy to learn.
I hope this helps you out..
