The Plugin Site

I recently downloaded Harry's Filters and installed in Plugin Folder under Paintshop Pro 7. I went tp PSP/File/Preferences/File Locations/Plugin, and browsed to PSP 7/Plugin, but Harry's Filter was not listed. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

If you installed them to PSP's Plugins folder and have that folder listed under Preferences > File Locations > Plug-Ins, they should show up on the Effects > Plug-In Filters menu.
