Harrys edges

I have downloaded Harry's Edges, and followed the directions to the letter, but I can't access them! Upon looking in the Zip folder, I do not find an "8bf" file at all. I have successfully downloaded and installed numerous others of Harry's plugins, but for some reason, I am not able to use this one. what am I doing wrong?

they are not a 8bf file , they are a jpeg image which you open in photoshop then you scale to fit youre particular picture etc etc.
