The Plugin Site

Ok folks, where can I get this plugin ? I did have it, but my hard drive at work just up and died and I lost tons of stuff. I lost my bookmarks too so I have no clue where I got that plugin. It did a very nice job of allowing me to open PSP files in Photoshop.

If anyone knows where I can find it again, it would be much appreciated.
