Does anyone know if Harry's Filters 3 is compatable with PhotoshopCS and Mac os10.3.

You can only use Harry's Filters 1.0 under OS X in Photoshop 7 or earlier. You have to set Photoshop 7 to run in Classic Mode to make Harry's Filters work.

There will be an OS X version of Harry's Filters next year.

Please MAKE SURE that they are really installed in the Plug-Ins sub folder of the Photoshop folder.
