I use both Photoshop and PSP9 and love using PS's Free Transform tool to stretch pixels across an image. Is there an equivalent in PSP to the Free Transform? Or a plugin?

In PSP it is calld Deform. It is located on the tool bar right after the Zoom tool. You can also activate it by pessing the D key.
