The Plugin Site

Well i downloaded some filters and extracted them to folder in "plugins" directory labeled "filters" but when i opened Photoshop it said" Msvb06t.dll" could,nt be found
I am a photoshop new bie and using Windows XP SP2

That means that one of the plugins that you placed in the plugins folder needs that file. Please have a look if that file is in the package that you downloaded. If it is then copy it to the Windows System folder or the same folder as the plugin.

Otherwise please contact the author of these plugins for help.
