The Plugin Site

Does anybody know how I can get ahold of this pluginn? I am trying to follow a tutorial and it calls for this pluginn. Thank you.

DSB Flux was a commercial plugin. The company DSB doesn't exist anymore. I wouldn't use this plugin in a tutorial.
