You need plugin.dll and mscvrt10.dll in your Windows System folder to make all FilterFactory plugins work. You probably don't have plugin.dll. You can find it in the installation folder of an Adobe application on your hard drive. If you don't have any Adobe application installed on your computer, you can also convert the plugins to work without plugin.dll.
