Yes. You have to select "Color Temp." from the Color Model combo box in ColorWasher. But as the manual of ColorWasher says: Changing color temperature is a fairly inaccurate method of color correction.

Yes, you can use Photoshop's Batch feature to batch process images with ColorWasher and FocalBlade.

Sorry, it will still take some time for the Mac version to be available. If you give me more information on the other plugin you had in mind, I may be able to help you find it.
