I just installed the panel & when I tried to use it, Photoshop crashes. :-?

I just downloaded it today, so I know it's the latest version.

I'm on Vista Home Premium 32-bit, PS CS4 extended.

Other extensions are working fine, but the Plugin Site Panel crahses EVERY time I try to open it. I followed all directions to the letter.

Crash signature was as follows:

This looks like a good app -- IF it would only work. But for now, I guess I'll have to remove it. Have been using products from here for years & this is the first time I've run into any problems.

Sorry to hear that. This is the second crash report. However, I cannot reproduce it here. It could be a bug in Photoshop itself. Maybe they will fix it with the next update.

same here

The panel needs several seconds to scan for plugins after you open it. So you need to wait a bit and not click around like crazy.

If it still crashes, your Photoshop installation may have a problem with providing a list of installed plugins to the panel. Not sure if we can do anything about it. Photoshop CS4 still is a bit buggy when it comes to flash panels. It may help to install the CS4 11.0.1 update.

PluginSite Panel problems

Sorry, Harald, the plugin site panel also crashes PS 11.01 for me! Installed OK (as administrator, Vista Professional 32bit) but when I go to Window>Extensions>PluginSite I see the panel begin to open, and then "Adobe Photoshop has stopped working" and my only option is to close the program. Needless to say, Windows has not yet provided me with any solutions!

Colorwasher and Lightmachine still invaluable even though I have NIK Complete Collection!

Best wishes,

Tony Page
