HELP- Premiere plugin - roll end

Hi, somebody can help me. I need an effect that i see in many many videoclip. It simulate the end of a roll. You see red and yellow burning color. i see it used at the end of a clip or in 50% opacity.
Maybe is a real roll end but i think there is a plugin!!
